/ Property and finance usually two to four one and a half hour sessions plus documents
/ All issues usually two to five one and a half hour sessions plus documents.
/ The rate per hour is increased for finance and property matters because of the complexity of the paperwork and the additional administration work required, scanning and sorting documents in support of disclosure etc.  Session length can be deceased or increased where appropriate, but this will usually be agreed in advance of the session.
/ In the event that the session is concluded before the hour, the clients will usually be charged for one hour to cover the mediator’s time and overheads.
